Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Gary Corroto is a Partner in our firm. Mr. Corroto received his B.A. from Westminster College in 1987 and his J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Akron in 1991 and has been in practice since then with our firm.

Attorney Corroto has negotiated and spearheaded buy-side and sell-side transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars across dozens of industries in the United States. In addition, Attorney Corroto is a sought-after commercial litigation attorney, having successfully litigated significant commercial cases throughout the State of Ohio. Attorney Corroto has authored and presented lectures to state and regional seminars of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Stark County Association for Justice, the National Business Institute, and University of Akron School of Law.
