Statute of Repose: After 10 Years Manufacturers Cannot Be Held Responsible For A Faulty Product

Which Means: If someone is injured or killed by a product over 10 years old, the manufacturer no longer holds responsibility for the injury or death. If you are in a car wreck and your air bags do not go off in a car over 10 years old (2006)…the manufacturer has no responsibility.
